Our Bread

All our loaves are prepared with a mix of whole grains, rye, and strong bread flour. The complex and nutty flavours leave you craving more. Pair with a generous smear of high-quality butter or your favourite spread. 

Wild Yeast

Naturally leavened using our Singapore-born starter for deep flavour and character.

48-Hour Ferment

A slow cold fermentation process that develops flavour and enhances digestibility.

No Nonsense

Just flour, water, sea salt, and time. No commercial yeast,

or preservatives.

How to Order

Plan your week around our fresh sourdough.
We open pre-orders every Monday for weekend collection.

We bake in small batches to ensure every loaf receives the attention it deserves.

Weekly Schedule
  • Monday 10am: Pre-orders open
  • Wednesday 6pm: Orders close
  • Saturday: Pickup your freshly baked loaves

  • Time: 11am - 2pm
  • Note: Bring your own bag for a sustainable crust

The Weekly Pre-Order Cycle

01. Secure Your Loaf

Pre-orders open every Monday at 10am and close Wednesday midnight, or until we hit our weekly capacity.

02. Saturday Collection

Pick up your fresh bakes at  Yew Tee MRT
on Saturday between 11am  and 2pm.
